Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS EASTBOUND ON S.H. 14 WEST OF OMAHA WHEN IT LEFT THE ROADWAY ON THE EASTBOUND SHOULDER TRAVELED 281 FEET PARALLEL THE HIGHWAY. THE VEHICLE THEN OVERTURNED AND CAME TO REST ON IT'S WHEELS ON THE EASTBOUND SHOULDER.
