Initial Narrative     V1 PULLED ONTO US HIGHWAY 71 TO GO NORTHBOUND. V2 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 71 WHEN V2 PULLED ONTO THE SOUTHBOUND LANES THE VEHICLES THEN MADE CONTACT. VEHICLE #2 CONTINUED TRAVELING NORTHBOUND FLIPPING OVER ONE AND A HALF TIMES AND FINALLY COMING TO A REST ON HIGHWAY 71. PASSENGER GLORIA STRONG WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON 1/13/2024 AT 9:11PM BY DR. BRETT CLAYTON MD AT CHI ST. VINCENT - HOT SPRINGS.
