Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON HWY 71B APPROACHING THE INTERSECTION OF DON TYSON WHILE FLEEING IN A VEHICLE FROM A FAYETTEVILLE POLICE OFFICER. V1 LOST CONTROL AND BEGAN TO SPIN CLOCKWISE. V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK V2(UNOCCUPIED) WHICH WAS PARKED IN THE PARKING LOT OF JOURNEY'S INN.
