Initial Narrative     VEHICLE 1 WAS WESTBOUND ON I-40, STRUCK THE REAR OF AN UNKNOWN TTL AND LOST CONTROL. VEHICLE CROSSED THE MEDIAN AND THE EASTBOUND LANES OF TRAFFIC, WENT THROUGH A GUARDRAIL AND OVERTURNED. VICTIM WAS EJECTED. DRIVER OF V-1, WHO WAS NOT INJURED, WAS SAMMY CLARK DOB/011879 OF LITTLE ROCK.
