Initial Narrative     VEH 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 49. VICTIM WAS WALKING IN NORTHBOUND RD DITCH AND CAME OUT OF THE DITCH ONTO THE ROADWAY AND INTO THE PATH OF V-1. VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED AT HOSPITAL AT 1008PM BY GREENE CO CORONER DICK PACE. DRIVER OF V-1, WHO WAS NOT INJURED, WAS JOHNNY LEE ALLEN DOB/082473 OF PARAGOULD.
