Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING EB ON S.H. 276. V-1 THEN DROVE OFF THE SHOULDER OF THE RDWY. V-1 THEN STRUCK A CULVERT WENT AIRBORNE AND OVERTURNED. THE DRIVER OF V-1 WAS TRAPPED INSIDE THE VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE WAS PARTIALLY SUBMERGED UNDER WATER. THERE WERE NO SKIDMARKS PRIOR TO THE IMPACT WITH THE CULVERT. ALSO NO WITNESSES TO THE ACCIDENT.
