Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 83 NORTH OF MONTICELLO. DRIVER FAILED TO MAINTAIN CONTROL AND V1 RAN OFF THE ROADWAY OVERTURNED AND DRIVER WAS EJECTED. DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY DREW COUNTY CORONER LARRY SCOGGINS.
