Initial Narrative     V1 WAS WESTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 89 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND THEN ONTO THE EASTBOUND SHOULDER. V1 TRIED TO RE-ENTER THE ROADWAY AND OVERTURNED EJECTING THE DRIVER. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY MONROE COUNTY CORONER BOB NEAL.
