Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 7. V1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE AND DROVE OFF THE SHOULDER AND HIT A TREE. THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS EJECTED. UNKNOWN IF DRIVER WAS WEARING A HELMET PRIOR TO IMPACT.
