Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND IN THE OUTSIDE LANE OF I-30. V1 LOST CONTROL AND LEFT THE NORTH SIDE OF I-30 AT THE FRIENDSHIP ENTRANCE RAMP. V1 OVERTURNED CROSSED OVER THE ENTRANCE RAMP AND CAME TO A FINAL REST ON ITS TOP ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ENTRANCE RAMP.
