Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING SB ON HWY 217 V-2 WAS TRAVELING NB ON HWY 217. V-1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE STRIKING V-2 V-2 THEN SPUN AROUND AND CAME TO REST BLOCKING BOTH TRAFFIC LANES. V-2 WAS DISABLED ON THE BRIDGE AND WAS FACING NORTH.
