Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING WEST AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED V-1 MISSED A CURVE TO THE RIGHT CROSSED INTO THE LEFT LANE. V-1 WAS THEN STRUCK BY V-2 THAT WAS TRAVELING EAST. THE DRIVER OF V-1 WAS NOT WEARING A SEATBELT AND WAS THROWN INTO THE WINDSHIELD AND PRONOUNCED DECEASED WHEN THE FIRST DEPUTY ARRIVED ON SCENE.
