Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 44. V1 WENT OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT STRUCK A CULVERT THEN TRAVELED ACROSS BOTH TRAFFIC LANES AND INTO THE DITCH BEFORE STRIKING A TREE. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE.
