Initial Narrative     WHILE NEGOTIATING A CURVE V-1 LOST CONTROL AND TRAVELED OFF THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE HWY STRIKING A DITCH EMBANKMENT WITH THE FRONT OF THE VEH. THE PASSENGER BIGGS WAS TRANSPORTED TO JRMC AND WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD BY DR.SKILOWRONSKI AT 4:05 AM.
