Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 35. AS V1 WAS NEGOTIATING A RIGHT TURN HE DROVE HIS VEHICLE UNDER A TREE THAT WAS LYING ACROSS THE ROADWAY. AFTER DRIVING UNDERNEATH THE TREE V1 DROVE LEFT OF THE ROADWAY AND INTO A DITCH PARTIALLY SUBMERGING THE VEHICLE IN STANDING WATER. V1 CAME TO A REST ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY.
