Initial Narrative     V2 WAS STOPPED ON HIGHWAY 70 EASTBOUND WHILE MAKING A LEFT TURN ONTO DETHERAGE ROAD. V1 WAS EASTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 70 AND FAILED TO OBSERVE V2. V1 COLLIDED INTO THE REAR OF V2. DRIVER OF V2 WAS NOT INJURED AND HE USED HIS SEATBELT: RONALD WAYNE ROWAN, DOB 02/17/1955, RESIDENCE 17293 ROWAN LANE IN BENTON.
