Initial Narrative     V1 WAS EASTBOUND IN THE WESTBOUND LANES OF INTERSTATE 40 AT THE 272 MILE MARKER. V1 STRUCK THE CABLE BARRIER AND THEN THE CONCRETE BARRIER. V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY AND CAME TO A REST IN THE DITCH.
