Initial Narrative     V1 WAS EAST ON HIGHWAY 64, WHEN DRIVER OF V1 LOST CONTROL WHILE NEGOTIATING A CURVE. V1 POSSIBLY HYDROPLANED, CROSSED THE CENTER TURN LANE AND STRUCK WESTBOUND V2 ON DRIVER'S FRONT SIDE. AFTER IMPACT, DRIVER OF V1 WAS EJECTED. DRIVER OF V1 DIED AT THE HOSPITAL. PASSENGER OF V1, DILLON DEE, 10/21/86, UNKNOWN ADDRESS, WAS NOT INJURED.
