Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 23. V1 APPROACHED A CAR TURNING RIGHT ON TO RIVERVIEW ROAD AND LOST CONTROL. V1 CAME TO REST ON THE WESTSIDE OF HIGHWAY 23. THE DRIVER WAS TAKEN BY LIFE FLIGHT TO ST. EDWARDS HOSPITAL. THE DRIVER PASSED AWAY ON 06/21/09. THE DRIVER WAS WEARING A HELMET.
