Initial Narrative     V1 WAS NEGOTIATING A LEFT CURVE. THE DRIVER OF V1 APPLIED THE BRAKES AND LOST CONTROL OF THE MOTORCYCLE. V1 OVERTURNED ON ITS LEFT SIDE AND SLID DOWN WILSON BOTTOM ROAD. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE.
