Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON S.H. 109 NORTH. V-1 LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE WEST, V-1 SKIDDED AND ENTERED BACK ONTO THE ROADWAY AND ROLLED ONTO THE PASSENGER SIDE. THE DRIVER OF V-1 WAS EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE CAME TO A FINAL REST OVERTURNED FACING SOUTH IN THE NORTHBOUND LANE.
