Initial Narrative     DR V-1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON I40, LEFT THE ROADWAY AND TRAVELED 262 FEET IN THE MEDIAN BEFORE STRIKING A CONCRETE CULVERT. THE VEHICLE THEN TRAVELED AN ADDITIONAL 90 FEET BEFORE OVERTURNING AND COMING TO REST IN THE MEDIAN.
