Initial Narrative     THE MOTORCYCLE WAS NORTHBOUND ON I-540 WHEN IT HIT THE CONCRETE DIVIDER WALL. THIS THREW THE RIDER ACROSS THE WALL AND HE CAME TO REST IN THE SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC LANE AND HIS MOTORCYCLE CAME TO REST IN THE NORTHBOUND TRAFFIC LANES. MR. MILLS WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE AT 5:21 AM BY THE SEBASTIAN COUNTY CORNER TERRY CAMPBELL.
