Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS PULLING A TRAILER. DRIVER WENT AROUND SOME DEBRIS IN THE HWY AND TRAILER BEGAN TO FISHTAIL. DRIVER LOST CONTROL AND WENT INTO A DITCH CAUSING THE TRUCK TO OVERTURN. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE.
