Initial Narrative     VEH WAS IN A CURVE LEFT ROADWAY ON THE LEFT SIDE COLLIDED WITH A TREE AND CAUGHT FIRE TRAPPING THE VICTIM INSIDE. HE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT.
