THE ACCIDENT OCCURED WHEN V1 DROVE LEFT OF CENTER LINE AND THE FRONT END OF V1 STRUCK THE FRONT END OF V2. V1 WAS DRIVEN BY JOSHUA WILLIAMS 08/20/80. WILLIAM'S ADDRESS IS 401 S.
