Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 8 WEST. V1 HAD ENTERED A RIGHT-HAND CURVE DROVE LEFT OF CENTER LOST CONTROL AND TRAVELED OFF THE NORTH SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. V1 TRAVELED DOWN A STEEP EMBANKMENT AND OVERTURNED. THE OPERATOR OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT MENA REGIONAL HOSPITAL AT 7:18 P.M. BY E.R. DOCTOR RAMZAN.
