Initial Narrative     V1 RAN OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY THEN RE-ENTERED THE HIGHWAY CROSSING BOTH LANES OF TRAFFIC. V-1 CROSSED INTO THE PATH OF V-2. V-2 STRUCK V-1 IN THE PASSENGER SIDE. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT.
