Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON MELROSE RD. V1 WAS NEGOTIATING A CURVE WHEN THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL AND COLLIDED WITH A CULVERT AND THEN A EMBANKMENT. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED ON SCENE BY DEPUTY CORONER JOHNNY WISHAR AT 1:15 P.M.
