Initial Narrative     V1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON SH 309 NORTH OF THE MT. MAGAZINE STATE PARK VISITOR'S CENTER. V1 WAS NEGOTIATING A LEFT-HAND CURVE AND LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT. V1 BEGAN TO ROLL SEVERAL TIMES. OPERATOR OF V1 AND PASSENGER WERE BOTH EJECTED. V1 OPERATOR WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE.
