Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING ON CONGO ROAD NEAR RACE TRACK ROAD WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF THE MOTORCYCLE NEGOTIATING A CURVE LEAVING THE ROADWAY. THE OPERATOR OF V1 WAS EJECTED FROM THE MOTORCYCLE HITTING A POWER LINE THEN A POWER POLE.
