Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 9. PEDESTRIAN WAS STANDING ON THE NORTHBOUND SHOULDER, CROSSED THE HIGHWAY AND WAS STRUCK BY V1. BOTH DRIVER AND PEDESTRIAN WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS PRONOUNCED BY THE CONWAY COUNTY CORONER, RICHARD NEAL.
