Initial Narrative     VEHICLE #1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE, RAN OFF THE ROAD ON THE SOUTH SIDE AND STRUCK A FENCE. HE WAS THEN AIR-LIFTED TO WASHINGTON REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER . HE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE HOSPITAL ON 07/22/05 BY THE BENTON CO CORONER.
