Initial Narrative     V1 WAS EASTBOUND ON HWY 270. V2 ENTERED ONTO HWY 270 EAST LOADED WITH TREES BEFORE V1 REARENDED V2. V1 COLLIDED INTO THE TREES THAT EXTENDED BEHIND V2 AND ENTERED THE CAB AREA OF V1 KILLING THE DRIVER. V1 LEFT NO VISABLE SIGNS OF APPLYING BRAKES. AFTER IMPACT, V1 RAN OFF THE ROAD TO THE LEFT AND CAME TO A COMPLETE STOP. THE V2 DRIVER WAS NOT INJURED: BENNIE EARL VANCE JR 10/15/1956, 2342 GRANT #55 HENSLEY AR.
