Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON HWY 24. V1 SWERVED OFF THE RIGHTSIDE SHOULDER AND STRUCK A CONCRETE CULVERT AND OVERTURNED. THE PASSENGER WAS EJECTED. THE PASSENGER WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY SEVIER COUNTY CORONER RUSTY WILLIAMS AT 9:06PM.
