Initial Narrative     V-1 LEFT THE ROAD NEAR 15500 AIRPORT RD AND STRUCK A MAILBOX ON THE WEST SIDE. THE VEH OVERTURNED SEVERAL TIMES AFTER STRIKING A CULVERT. THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE.
