Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON STATE HIGHWAY 20 SOUTH. V1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A LEFT HAND CURVE OVERTURNED STRUCK THE BRIDGE RAILING CAME TO REST IN ROADSIDE DITCH. SWAN WAS PRONOUNCED ON SCENE BY PHILLIPS COUNTY CORONER.
