Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 41. V1 RAN OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY STRIKING A CONCRETE CULVERT. THEN CONTINUED TRAVELING DOWN THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND OVERTURNED ONE TIME BEFORE COMING TO FINAL REST.
