Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS WESTBOUND ON HWY 160. V-1 LEFT THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A GUARD RAIL. V-1 DROVE UP ON TOP OF THE SIDE OF THE CONCRETE BRIDGE AND FLIPPED OVER FALLING APPROX 20 FT TO THE GROUND. V-1 CAME TO REST UPSIDE DOWN BELOW THE BRIDGE. UNION CO CORONER PRONOUNCED THE VICTIM AT 715PM.
