Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WEST BOUND ON HWY 70. AN EASTBOUND SCHOOL BUS WAS STOPPED UNLOADING PASSENGERS AT 1932 HWY 70. ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND SIGNALS WERE ACTIVATED ON THE BUS. V1 FAILED TO YIELD TO THE BUS AND STRUCK (HERNANDEZ)AS SHE CROSSED THE HIGHWAY. DRIVER OF V1 DWIGHT L MOODY 08/23/1926 1487 HWY 195 SOUTH DELIGHT AR WAS NOT INJURED.
