Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS WEST BOUND ON I-30 CHANGING INTO THE RIGHT HAND LANE WHEN IT STRUCK V-2 IN THE REAR CAUSING IT TO RUN OFF THE ROAD AND FLIP INTO THE TREES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF I-30. V-1 RAN OFF THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROAD AND STRUCK A TREE. MR. MURPHY WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON 10/08/17 BY UAMS DR. JOHN TAYLOR
