Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON SH 104 WHEN A LARGE TREE FELL FROM THE SOUTHSIDE OF THE ROADWAY. THE TREE FELL ON TOP OF THE V1. THE IMPACT FROM THE TREE CAUSED THE DRIVER TO LOSE CONTROL. V1 OVERTURNED INTO A DITCH FULL OF WATER ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY.
