Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 25. V1 PASSED A VEHICLE AND RETURNED TO THE RIGHT LANE. THEN V1 WENT AROUND A RIGHT HAND CURVE AND THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE LOST TRACTION. V1 ROTATED CLOCKWISE AND WENT OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY, OVERTURNING TWICE, AND EJECTING BOTH OCCUPANTS. THE DRIVER LATER DIED AT THE HOSPITAL.
