Initial Narrative     V1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON HWY 52. V2 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 52. V1 HIT V2 IN THE PASSENGER SIDE CAUSING V2 TO OVERTURN AND EJECTING AUSTIN PACCIO. PACCIO WAS LATER PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE ASHLEY COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER BY DR. WILSON AT 5:11PM.
