Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO PASS ANOTHER NORTHBOUND VEH IN A CURVE. V-1 SWERVED OFF THE ROAD INTO A DITCH TO AVOID AN ONCOMING VEH. V-1 OVERTURNED SEVERAL TIMES STRUCK A TREE AND CAUGHT FIRE. VICTIM WAS PULLED FROM THE VEH BY WITNESSES AND DIED AT THE SCENE.
