Initial Narrative     DR V-1 MOSER WAS SOUTHBOUND ON ROSSI ROAD AT THE INTERSECTION OF HWY 62/412. DR V-2 YORK WAS WESTBOUND ON ON US 62/412. V-1 PULLED DIRECTLY INTO THE PATH OF V-2. BOTH VEHICLES STRUCK IN THE WESTBOUND LANES OF US 62/412. V-1 OVERTURNED AND ROLLED INTO THE MEDIAN. OPERATOR MOSER WAS TRANS PORTED FROM THE SCENE BY AMBULANCE BUT WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD UPON ARRIVAL AT THE HOSPITAL
