Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON HWY 62, WHEN IT TRAVELLED OFF THE SOUTHSIDE OF THE ROAD AND OVER CORRECTED INTO THE WESTBOUND LANE OF HWY 62. V2 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND WHEN STRICKING V1 IN THE PASSENGER SIDE. JAMES MATHIS, WILLIAM MATHIS AND DAWN SPANGENBERG WERE ALL PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE.
