Initial Narrative     V1 DROVE LEFT OF CENTER AND CROSSED THE NORTHBOUND LANE OF TRAFFIC. V1 EXITED THE ROADWAY AND TRAVELED APPROXIMATELY 75 FEET BEFORE STRIKING A TREE HEAD ON. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE.
