Initial Narrative     DR V-1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON AR HWY 335 WHEN THE VEHICLE LEFT THE ROADWAY, OVERTURNED, PARTIALLY EJECTING THE DRIVER AND TOTALLY EJECTING THE PASSENGER. THE DRIVER DIED 08/27/05 AT APPROXIMATELY 1255PM AS A RESULT OF INJURIES RECEIVED IN THE ACCIDENT.
