Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS EASTBOUND ON LENA LN. ACCORDING TO DRIVER STATEMENT HE WAS DISTRACTED BY THE ACTIONS OF HIS PASSENGER AND FAILED TO SEE THE VICTIM WHO WAS ON OR WALKING NEXT TO HER BICYCLE. V-1 STRUCK THE VICTIM AND FLED THE SCENE. DRIVER AND V-1 WERE LOCATED AT A LATER TIME.
